Hostaria Da Vincenzo
WELCOME AT THE HOSTARIA DA VINCENZO IN ROME!
At our family-run restaurant with an over 40 years long tradition, we have always firmly believed in guest satisfaction as a key factor for our activity.
To us, being a Hostaria not only means offering the dishes from the best Roman tradition, but also to be a welcoming, polite and friendly “Host” to our guests!
Hostaria da Vincenzo is a high-quality fish restaurant – probably one of the best fish restaurants in the city center of Rome – also serving an ample choice of meat and pasta dishes that reflect typical Roman cuisine.
Only the freshest produce and ingredients are used in our kitchen: Lina Crosti, who founded the restaurant together with her husband Vincenzo back in 1972, still prepares fresh handmade pasta, such as tonnarelli, tagliolini, fettuccine, ravioli and cannelloni, everyday!
At the time the restaurant started, fish was served only on Tuesdays and Fridays, which traditionally are the days when fresh fish would be available. Nowadays, fresh fish from all over Italy is brought in daily, which allows the Hostaria Da Vincenzo in Rome to serve fish on a daily basis.
Vincenzo and Lina’s children Paolo and Rita are your Hosts: they will welcome you at the Hostaria Da Vincenzo and assist you in case you would like some recommendation on which wine to combine to your meal.
All desserts served at this restaurant are also homemade.
You will find the Hostaria Da Vincenzo Fish Restaurant in the city center of Rome, in an early 20th century building between Porta Pia Square and via xx Settembre, at the beginning of via Castelfidardo 4/a.
We are looking forward to being your Hosts!
