- At what time can we check-in and out?All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
- Is the price per room/apartment or per person?Price is per room/apartment and include tax, breakfast, city map and air condition/heating.
- Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?Breakfast buffet is include in the price and it is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.
- Can we settle the bill on arrival?Yes, but if guests prefer can settle the bill at check out.
- Which languages are spoken at the reception?Receptionists speak English, French and German.
- How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?The hotel has two floors and has one lift.
- Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?Yes, every room are quiet.
- Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?Just few apartments have a terrace.
